The house

The house was built in 2001 between ancient olive trees, consisting in 2 buildings joined by a large porch. In the main building, on the grand floor, you can find the common areas as kitchen, laundry, guest toilet, dining room and a large living room and in the first floor there is the master room and a double bedroom , each with its own bathroom, all of them facing a beautiful terrace with sea views. In the other building called the pavilion, there are 2 double rooms each with its own bathroom and terrace and a 30 m2 studio room.

It is a recent construction with tasteful decoration. The house is update in all the installations, electricity, water and heater.

All around the house you can find big terraces with a marvelous lighting that is a delight to enjoy in the summer nights.

The house is oriented northeast, very appropriate in summer with natural ventilation, the use of added ventilation is hardly necessary even in the hottest months  however the rooms have, all of them AC and ceiling fans, that we have to say, they are rarely used.

The pool area is very sunny, surrounded by trees and has a shadow sifted near the olive trees. the swimming pool has a water plate of 48 m2 (4x12).

It is  a  very quiet  house  where  large number of  people can  live without  being  disturbed since it  has lots of places on both inside and outside where  you can participe in   common  activities or relax reading  a book in  a hammock in  the shade of an olive tree. It is adapted for  children, they can enjoy numerous activities in the exterior, swimming pool, ballgames...

In the summer, when the heat is so intense the best place to be is our porch overlooking the sea where nice breeze is blowing and we can enjoy long breakfast and meals. We also highlight for sunset or night, the south facing terrace, a space to dine or gaze at the stars with a pergola that helps comfort in the evenings.

The rooms are big and, given the orientation of the house, very suitable for summer, maintaining the freshness to be able to sleep better.
